But any payments that are made in addition to the 120th will be refunded to the borrower or applied to their other outstanding federal student loan debt, according to the Department of Education.

They’ve converted the former home of the historic East End Theater into a warm and welcoming space, combining the bones of the theater with reclaimed wood tabletops and bar, concrete floors and local art from Studio Two Three in Scott’s Addition. The bar menu rotates regularly and features local liquors. On a recent visit, we enjoyed The Lady Belle, featuring Belle Isle Lemon Lavender Moonshine, coconut and fresh lemon, shaken and served topped with lemon petals, from a “Cocktails for River Weather”-themed menu.
The menu includes several entrée bowls, including the braised beef bowl ($10). In the dish, tender and flavorful beef that’s been braised for hours in gluten-free beer is paired with mashed potatoes and au jus. In the macaroni and cheese bowl ($7), pasta shells are served with creamy smoked Gouda cheese. The server recommended adding country fried chicken ($3 extra). On this night, the chicken was overcooked so it was dark and crunchy rather than light and crispy. The menu at Liberty Public House specializes in classic pub comfort food, cheerfully served and in generous portions.
